Hydraulic Jack Use Method and Precautions

Way of use: 

1. It is necessary to check whether the parts are normal before use. (Mainly checked for leaks in pistons, joints, high-pressure hoses, etc.).

2. Strictly observe the provisions for the main parameters when using, and avoid excessive overload. Otherwise, when the lifting height or lifting tonnage exceeds the specified level, serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the cylinder. 

3. If the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add the hydraulic oil that should be fully filtered out the pump before working. 

4. The center of gravity of the heavy object should be moderately selected. The focus on the jack should be properly selected. The bottom surface should be leveled. At the same time,the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be considered. Whether the tough wood should be padded should be placed  smoothly to prevent the load from sinking or tilting. 

5. After the jack lifts the heavy object, the support should be used to support the heavy object in time. 

6. If several jacks are required to be lifted at the same time, besides the correct placement of the jacks, it should be not that the load of each jack should be balanced. Pay attention to keep the lifting speed synchronized to prevent the weight from being tilted and dangerous.

7. When using the jack, place the cylinder in a good position and tighten the oil drained screw on the oil pump to work.To lower the piston rod, the manual oil pump hand wheel is slightly loosened in the counterclockwise direction, the   cylinder is unloaded, and the piston rod is gradually lowered. Otherwise, falling too fasts will be dangerous. 

8. Separate jack system Spring Reset structure, after lifting, it can be quickly removed, but the connected hose can not be used to pull the jack. 

9. Because the lifting stroke of the jack is small, the user should never exceed the rated stroke when using it to avoid damage to the  jack.

Precautions：

1. If there is a gap in the use, loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, and then open the pump body vertically and turn it down a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw to continue using.

2.When using, do not add eccentric load or overload to avoid danger of damage to the jack. When there is load, it is forbidden to remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the machine.

3. This machine uses oil as the medium. It is necessary to do the maintenance work of the oil and the machine to avoid fouling or oil leakage and affect the use effect.

4. New or long-term hydraulic jacks, because there is more air in the cylinder, when the piston is used, the piston rod may show a slight jump phenomenon. The hydraulic jack can be reciprocated 2-3 times without load to eliminate. The air inside the cavity.  Long-term idle jacks, because the seals do not work for a long time, causing the seals to harden, thus affecting the service life of the hydraulic jacks. Therefore, when the hydraulic jacks are not in use, the hydraulic jacks should be reciprocated 2-3 times per month.
