Common faults and solutions of jacks

1. The jack cannot be lifted or cannot be lifted to a high height

Solution: 

1) Check whether the oil drain valve is completely closed (whether the handle of the oil drain valve is fully tightened).

2) Tighten the oil drain handle and loosen it half a turn, press the handle more to discharge the air.

3) Dust enters the hydraulic system or there is too little hydraulic oil in the oil cylinder. Open the bolt of the oil pump oil filling hole. After replacing the hydraulic oil or filling up the hydraulic oil, tighten the oil filling hole bolt, tighten the oil release handle and loosen it half a turn, and press the handle more. Air out.

2. There is vibration or slow lifting when the jack is lifted

Solutions:

1) Check whether the oil drain valve is completely closed (whether the handle of the oil drain valve is fully tightened).

2) Tighten the oil drain handle and then loosen it half a turn, press the handle more to discharge the air.

3. When the jack supports the load, the handle automatically rises or falls

Solutions: 

1) Double-pump jack: Pull out the double-pump piston spring, unscrew the piston plug, take out the bottom retaining ring, take out two sealing steel balls, check whether the steel balls are intact, if damaged, replace two 5.5mm steel balls, and put Put in the steel ball, align the steel ball with a flat steel column and knock it with a force of 15kg to completely seal the steel ball and the oil passage, and install the piston. 

2) Gear jack: There is a 10mm inner hexagonal bolt on the pump body on the left side of the handle. Use a 10mm inner hexagonal wrench to open the bolt. There are 5.5mm and 8mm steel balls inside. Take out the steel balls and check whether they are intact. If they are damaged, replace them with two steel balls. , Align the steel ball with a flat steel column and tap it to make the steel ball and the oil passage completely sealed, and then install the hexagon socket bolt.

4. under the load supported by the jack, the support slowly descends

Solutions: 

1) Check whether the oil drain valve is completely closed. 

2) Remove the bolt of the oil drain valve, take out the 5.5mm sealing steel ball inside, check whether the steel ball is intact, if damaged, replace the steel ball, aim at the steel ball with a flat steel column and tap it to make it completely sealed, and install the oil drain valve bolt.

5. Piston oil leakage

Solutions: 

1) Double-pump jack: Pull out the double-pump piston and replace with a new piston seal. If the oil drain valve at the back leaks oil, remove the oil drain valve bolt and clean it, replace the sealing ring on the oil drain valve bolt, and install the oil drain valve. 

2) Gear jack: The gear oil drain valve leaks oil, remove the oil drain valve bolt under the gear, clean it and replace it with a new sealing ring, and install the oil drain valve. The piston pump leaks oil, remove the leaking piston, clean it, replace it with a new sealing ring, and install the piston.
